The point was GM knew about the problem and should have set out letters to the owners to install the updated body mounts. Not a TSB or silent recall as they are called.
I don't for a minute think you are going to get the new parts and have them installed for the $100. GM dealers charge almost $100 an hour!! :E As do most others too.
