I have a 1/2 torque wrench at work that goes 250. It really isn't that hard to pull that much without a cheater.
I'm a big guy and stronger than most of my co-workers. If I were you I'd just use a 1/2 breaker bar and give it all you've got with no cheater and call it good.
I setup my own WDH on our old half ton and I just gave it the onion with no torque wrench. I call this torqing to 240 hillbilly pound feet because I weigh about 240.
I always carry the right size wrenches to tighten critical stuff and I do a walk around any time I stop. Nothing has ever moved.
