2600 Miles Across Alaska: To the Arctic Ocean and back

North of the Arctic Circle the roads improved greatly. A nice long stretch of pavement followed by smooth dirt that we could drive 40-50mph on. A nice change. Scenery improved and became amazing near the Brooks Range. Minimal bugs, or should I say, tolerable bugs.

Slow, spongey, tundra slog to Galbraith Lake to fish, not catch.
