- VAfanExplorerThanks for the replies everyone. Never was really an issue until we spent an evening with some friends in an Outback with recliners....just like returning to our house after looking at new homes.

- tshirtmanExplorerLook at the Jayco 26rls and 27rls. Both have Hide a bead option and nice swivel rockers.
- TomG2ExplorerPalomino Puma 25RS is a non-slide trailer that has the option of two recliners instead of a couch.
- goducks10ExplorerBest furniture makes smaller recliners that work great in RV's. All backs come off recliners so getting them inside is no issue.
- myredracerExplorer IINo RV sofa is very comfortable and upgrading from one is a good idea.
First, negotiate a price for deleting a sofa. Then look at "wall hugger" RV seating. De Leon makes RV seating that is wall hugger and the same front to back dimension as a stock RV sofa and fits in the same width too. They have individual recliners and a dual recliner. At the moment, they are on sale up to 60% off too. Standard recliners can be a lot deeper than an RV sofa and will not work and some "wall huggers" are also too deep. Because De Leon is for RVs, it will get through an entry door.
We really wanted theater seating (KZ's version) in our new 29' KZ Spree but the factory said it wouldn't fit. Then we said we wanted hide-a-bed sofa and they also said that wouldn't fit although I was sure it would. Their hide-a-bed is more comfortable than their sofa and would have been better for guests than the basic dinette setup. - DarbyWaltersExplorer

Looking for info regarding 27-30ft TT’s with recliners. Thinking about removing the sofa and installing recliners in the our 27ft Cherokee but buying another trailer is an option.
If you are happy with your current TT beside the Dual recliners...get the recliners and make the change. If you want the recliners and some more space to boot...then think about a couple of extra feet of trailer. I have thought about the same thing in my new trailer...remove the hide-a-bed and add two indentical recliners to the opposite slide out...that would give me 4 recliners with the Rear Entertainment/Fireplace...
