I'd pick the caprice. 7000 lb capability and air shocks, full size room, full frame, longer wheelbase than the Flex, lower center of gravity.

none of them are going to get you better than 8 mpg towing.

The only downside is potential mechanical problem with a 40 year old car.

Next choice is the Toyota, since it's a truck.
