They all 'can' do it...
The Caprice would be my choice, both that is more substantial and
that it used to tow it
The other two are nice, but just the tiny ICE would have it struggle
much more than the Caprice
The issue with the Caprice is that your cousin is turning it into
a hot rod. Headers for hours and hours and days on end would not
be a pleasant setup
Know you said a surprise for your distant family member in Florida
and ask if you know that they would want it...have the vehicle to
tow it?
If yes to both...why not ask them to drive over for a visit and
then give them the trailer then?
Other wise, my #1 would be the bigger vehicle (Caprice), then the
Tundra, then the Flex....or hire someone to tow it there for you...
