30-32' TT - Are they too long, difficult to park, etc?

Have decided on a USED TT. Looking for a model with the bunks that are double/full size. Would like a U shaped dinette and hide a bed couch, and a slide. Large shower also a plus. Me, wife, 13yo...

Cursory review......28'-30' trailer should cover 90% of all SP in CA. So that would be a 26'-28' TT
