30-32' TT - Are they too long, difficult to park, etc?

Tough decision....

The used 25'-28' models are just as expensive as the used 32' models.
Most of our stays are in private parks. We like the amenities of private parks, proximity to locales we want to visit with the truck...Especially in Northern CA and future trips out of state.
