Take it back to the dealership. This is a very common problem with Cruiser RV, as is a lack of quality workmanship. My 2014 S280QBS (bought May 30th/ 31st, 2014 and sat in our driveway until mid-October 2014) had numerous workmanship issues and were actually nothing compared to others. The worst thing was we had a roof leak and didn't realize that there was a problem with the roof until 2 months after putting it in the shop and one month after the warranty expired. Guess what we were told? There were gaps in the caulk. We didn't report it within the first 60-90 days and it was our fault for not having the roof inspected every 6 months. We picked it up after being in the shop for two months and headed out to my family reunion (repairs weren't finished---due to waiting for parts from CRV, or so we were told by Vogt). Within 75 miles, my husband saw a blanket flapping from the trailer, except it was no blanket, it was our roof. This happened in July 2015. Called the service advisor from the side of the road and had to cut large chunks of the roof off because he was afraid it would come completely loose and cause a traffic hazard. Our 7th RV, never had problems of this magnitude with any other trailer, even the used ones (only 2- all the rest were new). Seriously document, document, document. Wish I had found that out sooner... both the dealership and the manufacturer told me to file it on my insurance.
