30 ft TT with outside bathroom door and kitchen island

I have not seen that layout, I've seen with a outside bath access and 2 bunks with an island, and 4 bunks, outside bath, and no island, but they both are at or over 30'. Winnebago has those. We looked but price and weight were a little over what we wanted to go with.
