30 ft TT with outside bathroom door and kitchen island

Does this travel trailer exist? 30 feet with separate 3 bed bunk room, second door from outside to the bathroom, and kitchen island? I have only seen the second bathroom door and island on models ...

Mines a 28-foot, with 3 bunks and an outside bathroom door but no island. The floor of the slideout comes into where the island would be so there would be no room for an island unless the slideout was real shallow.
