32 ft'er with a suburban?

Please explain to me why you think anyone is OK towing a 32' trailer with a ¾t truck, but he is insane to tow it with a ¾ Suburban??? The last time I checked, a ¾t 2004 Burb was built on the SAME chassis and running gear as a ¾t truck.
