32 ft'er with a suburban?

As long as you stay within the specs of your Suburban, I say go for it. Otherwise whether or not you can or cannot tow it is in the eye of the beholder. I tow 36' with my 2500 Suburban (8.1) and I am sure many would say I am crazy. I have towed this trailer from Ohio to the Florida Keys and South Carolina several times. I would recommend swapping the receiver as others have mentioned and a good quality WD hitch with sway control. I recently stepped up to a ProPride for the added security but the Equal-i-zer did good as well.
