33ft European Caravan with Slideout
Very few with slideouts have been built in Europe. The this is the Tabbert Cellini. Weighs 6,000lb GCVWR has a 900lb Payload.

Those Diesel Pickups are now 9/10ths the size of a F150. European Cab Chassis Vans / Vans are pretty big.
One reason people here like a Dually to tow is it's compact size compared to the alternatives.I will qualify that by saying very few Dually's or US Pickups are sold here.
When they were made here up to 1980 and then Ford tried again in 2003 selling Brazilian F250/350's, they could not support a business case.
