You can share my sig. info with your friend, I tried to
be honest. I agree with the poster that stated tires and
wheels may be the weak link. I am slightly over TV GVWR,
but not rear axle, tires, or Trailer GVWR or GCVWR.
Everywhere we go in Az. usually requires a climb to get
to get to cooler climate...as such, a descend to get back
home.... my Allison grade braking feature + Prodigy +
attention to tire pressures and temps seems to indicate
my 2500HD is up to the current task... if that changes, I
will go with a 3500HD dually.
My 5ver GVWR is 14,300 #'s per Northwood.
