Oh, my year they didn't offer a 3500 SRW.
The wheels are also different. If you have the aluminum 2500hd wheels they are not rated for the 1 ton.
The only difference is 1/2" width. 1/4 a side. Conferred with two tires dealers at the time as I was going to look into some used wheels. They said absolutely no problem using the existing wheels. They replace 2.45 tires with the 2.65s for customers on pick ups most of the time. Been on there over 12 years, no problems. But I'm sure some of you guys think it's a death defying deal LOL :)
