My 2015 has nav and I let the On-Star expire. We never used it anyway on any of the GM vehicles we have owned so I really can't tell any difference. We are not home for me to check but I don't recall if I have the little radio info block or not. Seems like I have seen it but it didn't bother me. Our Denali also displays the info on the digital dash which can be configured in many different ways. I will look when we get home next week and let you know if I find anyway to get rid of the info block on the nav screen.
