36" Hitch Extension for 2" Receiver - Are they Made?

Helping a friend set up his camper and also an extension for towing his boat. What he has: 1992 Ford F350, Crew Cab, Long Bed, 2WD, 460V8 Draw-Tite 2" Receiver Hitch 2002 S&S Ponderosa 9.5SC ...

Do you have a rear camper bumper?

From his receiver collar to edge of camper bumper is 29".

His steel rear camper bumper is 11" deep. If he didn't have the bumper, an 18" extension would work.
