36" Hitch Extension for 2" Receiver - Are they Made?

I wanted to share a couple of pics of the TL Super Truss 36" LOWER support bar. The 5/8" hitch pin hole was drilled incorrectly. The hitch pin hole was approximately 5/16" off center on one side.

This is poor quality control and should be embarassing for TL. Contacted them and sent pics. Awaiting a response.
