3rd row seat...payload capacity question
Just wondering if anyone knows this, does a 3rd row seat in a 2007 tahoe count against payload capacity? Lets say payload is 1800 lbs (I am just making up a number here) and the seats weigh in at 100...

Every read the 'fine print' when payload, tow numbers etc are published?

*Weight of additional options, passengers, cargo and hitch must be deducted from this weight.
YES.that optional 3rd seat will reduce payload as will anyone using that seat (or any cargo/stuff........as will ALL passengers plus any drivers weight that is more than 150#)
Like suggested...weigh vehicle 'camp ready' (every body/thing in it) and subtract that weight from GVWR......pay attention to RAWR and Rear Tire Max Load Ratings also
