I use my 4WD often in the winter just getting to work. I have had to use it several times in campgrounds as well. In Michigan the campgrounds we stay at are pretty sandy, some spots I've had to use 4WD just to back up the final 6 or 8 feet to get where I need to get. Wet grass is a problem too so usually I just flip the switch to 4WD to avoid any issues. It is my preference and it sure is nice to have 4WD when you need it.
