4 Wheel Drive is very, very common here where we live. I'd say that 95% of the trucks here have it. It comes in handy in the Winter and in the backcountry and fits the local lifestyle. If you are at all concerned about resale, you are going to have a very, very hard time around herearound here trying to unload a 2 Wheel Drive truck because it is highly desirable in these parts. So, in this regard, look around your neck of the woods and see how prevalent 4WD is, and decide accordingly.
