I have a 2013 25RKS which is almost the same floorplan - they mainly changed the bath area and the kitchen is mirror imaged. I have been living in mine full time for the past 2+ years and have had very few issues. Granted, I have been stationary during that time but the systems still get exercised. I have a teacher neighbor who has a 2012 25RKS and lives in it 5 days a week for the school year and also has not had any significant issues.
I looked at a variety of trailers before choosing the Jayco. Many did not have the build quality that Jayco does, but a huge selling factor for me is the interior height. I am 6'6" and many other mfgs have interior heights either at that height or less which just would not work for me. The short queen bed is something that I have become used to. I just move the mattress down toward the foot a few inches and leave a gap against the wall.
One thing that I do like about this floorplan is the position of the television. You can easily see it from the couch or one side of the dinette and while in the kitchen.
Anyway - choose what works for you but I believe that you will be happy with the Jayco product.
