4WD vs 2WD

Been towing campers for 35 years, in all kinds of CGs. Sandy CGs, dirt roads, grassy sites, and have NEVER need 4x4 when hooked up. Never have gotten stuck on wet grass, and to be honest. That baffels me. My Tt is parked on grass, down a slope, and NEVER have I had a problem pulling it up the grassy incline, rain or shine. and never needed 4x4 to do it.

Now I have a 4x4 truck, ONLY because the truck I liked had it. It was in no way a consideration when buying. but it was on it so I took it.
