4WD vs 2WD
I'll be shopping for a new (or new-ish) truck shortly for pulling a medium size trailer or 5th wheel. It seems like the vast majority of 3/4 and 1 ton trucks around here are 4WD, with jut a few 2WD...

With road conditions like that i would have my adz off the road.
I got 2WD with just exactly what I wanted on the truck. I ordered it.
i have never been stuck on wet grass. Seems to be a standard reason to get 4 WD.
Bottom line it is what you need, not what i think you need.
