I have had both, 4x2 and 4x 4. In over 55 years of towing I have used 4x4 one time on wet grass to get out of my camping site. I will never buy another 4x4
tow rig. It is hard to find a new F250 with 4x2, lwb. All the Dealers have a lot of 4x4 for sale
