4X2 or 4X4 for towing and general use...what say you?

I have used 4x4 on several occasions. When u need it u need it, I won't own another truck without it. Well my old 69 truck is a 2 wheel drive, but it doesn't go off road anyhow. I know here in Florida a 4x4 is desirable. Nope don't have snow, just sugar sand. If you air down the tires then beach driving is not to bad. When it comes to resale in my area, a 4x4 truck will sell higher on price and much quicker.
