If you got the jitters get an GM extended warranty as you now know you got a good truck. A new one may have issues and recalls will force you to know your service writer by first name. :W
Having said that I'm going to keep my '12 well past warranty as I plan on handing my truck over to my son when he gets his DL. I've seen plenty of these trucks in the 400k-500k miles now with original pumps and so I sleep good at night.
Also for price if you can't get $10k-12k discount from the MSRP then the simple answer is to walk. Trade in value is a little more subjective.
