my 3500 srw is 59.5 at the bedrails. If your fiver is 64 and it has enough pin weight, you should be able to adjust the pin box and hitch to get enough clearance...you might be a little nose high, but lots of folks are making it work....it is the lighter pin weights and or older fiver that might give you more issues.
