See sig, I have no complaints in pulling my camper or any other trailer with my truck. With the 6 speeds and revised 6.0 you will be happy. It is not a diesel, but it will surprise you what this combo can do. So I pull in florida in 5 th gear and lock out 6. Get 8.0-8.5 pulling my fiver. Outside florida steep hills will land u in 4 at 3k keeping 65mph. If it's really steep then 3rd gear, but always keeping my speed, and it will increase and want to go back into 4th. Never screaming, this truck feels confident in what it's pulling. I was debating going back to diesel, prior this truck. Glad that I did not, it's so easy to maintain and cheap to own and power wise I don't have a complaint. Overall I love the truck, plenty of power when I need it, and is very reliable like I said. Empty I get 13-15 city and have been keeping 16-17 hwy at 70mph cruise on. This is good considering a crew cab fully optioned 4x4 in my opinion. Good luck on your decision, if u decide on the GM 6.0, it will serve you well for many years to come.
