The Outfitter Apex 8 is a pop-up model with insulated 44 gallon fresh water supply; insulated 16 gallon black and grey tanks, fully heated basement, and bathroom (with shower). If ya end up in San Christobal DLC, the heated basement/tanks would/could be a major benefit. I almost froze my butt off in this region (when I worked there in early 90s).
