7.3L vs. the latest 6.7L - Thoughts? Comparisons? Gripes?

I have a 6.0, several friends have or had the 7.3 and some of them have gone to the 6.7. Besides the 6.7 being in the newer trucks meaning fewer other little things to work on, the ones with the 6.7s are all getting better fuel mileage besides more power.

I wouldn't buy a new 6.7 just because of the tremendous depreciation, but I'll probably buy a 2012 - 2014 used one soon in a F350, CC, 4X4, long bed, SRW.
