7-8 seat tow Vehicle?

It is hard to beat a Van. I just picked up a used 2014 Chevy Express 3/4 ton van (3500) with the 6l engine. Max tow is 9600 or something, seats 12 and I am going to pull a seat out and reduce it to 9. Thing is a rental and still has 14k miles and 1.5 years of bumper to bumper warranty and was less than 23k.

I can't find anything else in that price range.

Beware when looking, many big vans that come off rental or fleet use a small motor and can't tow much.
