7-8 seat tow Vehicle?

Our Family has the 2015 Nissan NV Passenger Van (SL). It is a 12 passenger vehicle and will pull 8700 lbs. with the seats + a driver. Passengers reduce your towing capacity but you can remove the four rear seats in your situation. The NV is big, but as your kids grow, a minivan probably just isn't going to cut it. The NV is big and brutish but it is REALLY nice inside. The SL has leather seats, a decent technology package with great phone integration, backup camera, etc.

I know you said you aren't interested in vans. The NV is more of a truck-conversion (it is built on the Titan platform).
