The problem is we can define tougher, smoother, faster and etc; but "best" is subjective. Many would argue that best is what does the job efficiently at the least cost, other would opt for durability, still others insist performance.
Heck, I still have had "P" tires on every 1/2 ton I owned since 1975 including my current TV because they have never let me down. Other would gasp and insist on LTs for them also.
The point is everybody's priorities are different and they should act accordingly. Tire choice for TT or TV is very subjective.
