....and some will also be sitting at the side of the road while the driver changes a tire, praying he does not get hit by passing traffic. See the post above yours.
EDIT: just because an industry does something a certain way, does not make it the best choice. An analogy would be millions of people smoke cigarettes every year. Many of them survive it. Many don't. The evidence certainly suggests that smoking is not a healthy thing to. do.
Changing a tire at the side of the road can also be real unhealthy.
