I like those panel specs and size.... Great for campers!
My panels, 2 ea are 23x56 @100w.... VMP is 23... 48 cells.. Mppt rocks for them. Sad these panels are no longer avail with the 48cell.
Your change of plans for 2x3 to 3x2 is a great move. Shadowing does really impact charging.
Our last trip we made I noticed my charge amps from the solar was bouncing all over the place and there was not a cloud nor tree within 10 miles!
Went outside and discovered the morning sun angle was just right for my flag to cast intermittent shadows on one of my panels.... Funny that in over 10 years of being out and about that my flag was the culprit!
I too am a Morningstar fan.... Sunsaver MPPT.....
When I was getting my solar plan ready I too used a template out of card board to find the optimal placement...
