We have overnighted in several Walmarts over the last few years. Arrive in the evening and leave fairly early.
Opening the a-frame is not setting up camp. Putting out chairs, etc., is.
The only time we have been approached in a parking lot was at a Costco when we stopped for fuel, shopping and lunch.
