Hardly, What it is, is a professional driver not knowing what the definition of a "Parkway" is.

Yes, the driver made a serious error, but a highway system like that should be on the trash heap of history. We all pay serious taxes and states that have all those special transportation systems that are confusing, outdated and only exist for political reasons, need to be corrected.
