A highway bridge at 7 ft., 7 in. -- what could go wrong?

Just curious, but is it safe to assume that all entrance ramps to the parkway advise of the low clearance bridge? I live in Maryland, but travel to NY with my camper at times. Truthfully, I wouldn't automatically know that this parkway had low overpass heights. I've driven on plenty of parkways that didn't have low overpasses.

If there is signage on entrance ramps, then it is 100% driver error in my opinion. If there isn't signage, then I understand those that argue it's not the drivers fault.
