Truthfully, I wouldn't automatically know that this parkway had low overpass heights. I've driven on plenty of parkways that didn't have low overpasses.
If there is signage on entrance ramps, then it is 100% driver error in my opinion. If there isn't signage, then I understand those that argue it's not the drivers fault.
Given the massive volume of traffic on these parkways, if there was a lack of signage, it would literally be carnage, all day, everyday. Don't worry, you really need to be blind, or dumb as a box of rocks, to miss the warnings.
