Actually pop-ups are NOT allowed...no trucks, no trailers. Fundamentally I think folks fail to understand what "commercial vehicle" means. All that aside, how do you operate a 12' tall bus, approach an overpass that is slightly more than half your height, and not brake, swerve or do something?
Until recently ALL pickup trucks were required to have commercial license plates, prohibiting them from the parkways, but that rule has relaxed some. Still can't get passenger plates on a dually.
Why? Cars aren't that tall.... :B
Just like THIS GUY didn't read the sign that said "Small Cars Only".
