This is where my mind goes on this whole thing. I can see how private RV owners and others get caught in these circumstances, as some of the signage may be less than clear to some of those situations. If you've ever lived out in the NE, however, you absolutely know this is a reality, and if you are a commercial bus driver headed into that area, there's no excuse for not knowing the same.
This is not a private owner - this is a CDL operator. There's no excuse for that!
