Used 26', no slideout, bunhouse trailers are a dime a dozen. Almost every manufacturer carried this floor plan. They are not heavy sellers in the used market as most people now want a slide out. In the 13k range you can buy this floor plan brand new. Used you should have plenty of options in the 5k - 9k range without having to accept any damage. The prices you reference above seem high, especially the 2007, and certainly since they have some sort of damage. There is no need to buy something with any existing damage unless they are practically giving it away. I suggest you keep looking.
If this is your first camper I suggest you find the cheapest one you can that is in good, resellable condition. I agree that this is a good floor plan to start with. You'll figure out what you want / don't want in a camper and be looking to upgrade in a year or two anyway. You may not believe me, but most all of us on here started with a camper we though we'd have for ever and then got something else a few years later. You won't know what's really important to you until you use something for a season or two first. Some models of this floor plan will have dedicated storage for the kids clothes, many will not, that is important to us. Counter space is the other thing that these models generally lack.
