Thing is that I will need to use the bedroom to build an office space. And then I'd need a place to sleep as well (without needing to rearrange the main area in the morning and at night to convert it to a suitable sleeping area).
That why the
S-260bhs seemed to be working. There are bunks + bedroom with most part of floor accessible (often there is storage area under so can't make office in that space).
It's a 26 footer. 4600lbs. You really think it would be too much?
