One thing it sounds like you are not looking at is the GVWR of the trailer. That's the number you need to be looking at. That 26ft at 4500lbs is actually more like 7600lbs, which is pushing your towing capacity. Plus, you are putting a lot of heavy gear in there.. Just something to think about. My trailer is 7600lbs 'dry weight' which is the numbers you are looking at, but when we are loaded up to go camping, we are pushing the 10,500lbs GVWR of the trailer, usually right around 10k.
