Assuming the weight would work with his tow vehicle, I'm thinking the small toy hauler that will allow his equipment would be the way to go. Having a special order unit built and deleting something like the rear bunk beds usually means they charge you more for not putting them in....doesn't make sense, but true. Cannot recall the brands, but have seen a good number of toy haulers that they use for the motorcycle, but still have a bed up front.
To save yourself some driving and phone calls, suggest you take a look online at both RVWholesalers and RVDirect. They both sell many brands and have a very large selection. There are floorplans and usually pictures of each unit. Both handle Canadian orders and have everything you need for crossing the border.
