When I heard that Bob was closing his plant I drove 700 miles to purchase the last 10.8 I could find. The care that when into every camper he built was obvious, I was amazed the first time I had the opportunity to check one out, the quality was far above the other brands that I had looked at, especially when you looked in the dark corners that are generally hidden from view. We knew we would be passing by Bob’s plant a couple of weeks later on our way west, so I called him to ask if he would install an air conditioner on our unit... no problem he says! As it turns out it was the very last day for the plant, he was closing it at noon, and had a round of golf booked for that afternoon. Even though we were a bit late he kept his doors open and got our air installed, he even had time to have a conversation on where he thought the future of campers was going. I believe I had the honor of being his last customer.
