Yes it is tandem torsion bar axles. And the axles are at there maximum load. The axles are designed with a negative camber with the hopes that they straiten out under load. I also suspect that when braking the axles flex causing toe out. A cursory check with a rafter square shows camber to be ok . I get about 10,000 miles out of a tire. I wish Jayco had used bigger tires and axles.
