We have a Surveyor SV264. I think you will be happy with your purchase. The following is just my opinion...others may have other thoughts.
1. Seems like a good price to me.
2. Don't think it will hurt resale. If it's enough room for you, don't worry about it. We're content with our "short slide".
3. 13.5 cools my SV264.
4. Don't know what kind of hitch or brake control you got but an Equalizer or Reese dual cam will run close to $450. A Prodigy brake control about $130. last time I looked.
5. No need for a 50amp cord if you have a 30 amp trailer. Save your money for a 50 to 30 amp pigtail adapter.
